The Game

Here is one I have been wanting to make public for some time, but I don't know?  I had given up on blogging and things like self-publishing but Mr. Redshaw really changed that when I saw his students reading his own book, also, this dude Jonathan R. Miller, who writes e-books helped get me outta that slump of not wanting to share anything... The following, I thought was a great analogy for the mess we humans find ourselves in.

Atari

“I don’t want what those guys are smoking”
Damn, I remember when I played pacman.. pong and that racing game day in night in Reno…

The ANALOGY… OUR SOCIETY IS CHASING IT’S TAIL WITH THE WHOLE CAPITALISM THING… VENTURE CAPITALISM, OUR ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL SYSTEM HAS SUCH A HARD TIME PROGRESSING AND ACTUALLY DEVOLVES REPEATEDLY…  So although, something like venture capitalism can fuel something like technology and change the world.  The effects take us a few steps backward.

THIS IS BECAUSE PEOPLE WHO ARE DEDICATED, PASSIONATE, DO DESERVE COMPENSATION… OUR INNOVATORS, UNCONVENTIONAL THINKERS, AND (ARTISTS TOO (WHO BTW DO NOT GET IT) SO THERE IS A NATURAL HIERARCHY OR MOREOVER, A BUILT IN HIEARCHY.  AND EVERYONE WANTS TO GET RICH SO THEY DON’T HAVE TO WASTE THEIR TIME WORKING FOR ANYONE ELSE.

WE WERE BORN INTO THIS NATURAL OR BUILT IN HIEARCHY (THE HIEARCHY OF THIS AGE) THE 21ST CENTURY… A YEAR OVER MONUMENTAL CENTURIES…

AND SO KNOWING THAT CERTAIN LARGE POPULATIONS ARE “SACRIFICIED” and this I am certain that many societies during the last 20th centuries have been tragically annihilated in the conversion from feudalism to Beorgeoisie… Could it have been prevented?  NO my conclusion is NO.  Was it horrific? Yes… it really was.

ANYWHO, ABOUT CHASING OUR OWN TAILS… SOCIETY, POOR YOUNG SOCIETY CAN ONLY PROGRESS IN TINY LITTLE INCREMENTS BECAUSE PEOPLE AND HISTORIC TIMES ARE LIKE THE DOG WHO IS CHASING HIS OWN TAIL, HE CAN ONLY STOP FOR TINY LITTLE MOMENTS.  If you think about it those moments, this dog is dizzy so the level of consciousness is eroded. So if we only stop for small amounts of time as a society to reflect on what we are doing and change things that must be corrected, that doesn’t give us much time to have a significant impact.  We are the dog chasing its own tail getting very tired and growing older as we do this.  Anything that is logical we have a hard time implementing because capitalism is a game.  And in this game there are high stakes.  Also, when your playing a game you’re not trying to do what is best for the society, you are merely, trying to win for yourself.  So you can tell yourself you won.  You have to be very lucky to win in this game.  Thing is, we are all playing the same game whether we want to or not.  So do sacrifices really matter to 7 billion people who are all trying to win?  Not likely.  I know, this reality has been boggling me since I was a teen.  Either way, I can be ok now because I understand it.  Does it still infuriate me? Yes! What can I do? Right now, I can only play the game at the lowest level until I win a little, which is not likely.  What I can say, is that I got lucky because my parents loved me very much, they never turned their backs on me, they raised me under very nice conditions and they instructed me on the “game” kind of like coaches.  I hate sports too BTW but that is unluckiness to hate sports and be born into a system that is a game.
